A big part of American Express marketing activity is educating the public on the coverage of their cards. We wanted to show people they could use their Gold cards all across their home city and earn rewards whilst doing so. In Edinburgh, even the tram system was now accepting contactless payments via Amex, so what better medium on which to actually advertise? We created contextually relevant lines where these trams would be passing through, from Murrayfield to Stockbridge.
